The solution delivers dual-mode functionality, supporting both real-time API-based grade transfers and fallback file upload capabilities.

CHALLENGE:

The UMass system faced persistent challenges in efficiently transferring grades from Canvas into PeopleSoft. Faculty encountered limitations with self-service grade imports due to:
